Important Tunl Information

Warranty

  • Purchased items have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
  • Tunl does not pay return shipping.
  • Tunl does not refund shipping costs for shipped orders.
  • Tunl does not cross ship replacement items.
  • Physically damaged items are not covered by warranty.
  • Lost items are not covered on warranty.

Process your Replacement by following the steps below.

Request a Return Authorization at the link below. Please include your Tunl Purchase Order Number and the reason for return in the message field. Once we receive your return we'll ship a replacement.

Return Policy

  • Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of receiving.
  • Special orders may not be returned for any reason.
  • Tunl does not pay return shipping.
  • Tunl does not refund shipping costs for shipped orders.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be in its original packaging.
  • All returns require Return Authorization, items received without Return Authorization will not be processed.

Request a Return Authorization at the link below. Once we receive your return we'll process the refund. Refunds are processed on Fridays every week.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling your Tunl account does not automatically close your merchant account. Please contact your merchant provider to close your merchant account. It's best to request cancellation at the beginning of the month to make sure the previous bill cycle has closed.

Exchange Policy

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving.
